PAICR ANNOUNCES WINNERS OF PERFORMANCE PRESENTATION EXHIBIT & CONTEST AT 8th ANNUAL CONFERENCE IN NEW YORK

PRINCETON JUNCTION, NJ, October 9, 2006 – The Professional Association for Investment Communications Resources, (PAICR), announced the winners of its Performance Presentation Exhibit & Contest at its 8th Annual Conference in New York, Tuesday September 19, 2006. PAICR, the association for professionals in various marketing and communications roles in the investment management industry, brought the well-received contest from last year’s Los Angles Conference, where PAICR members participated in a peer review contest of Fund Fact sheets, to New York.

PAICR members in each category submitted their firm’s Performance Presentation pages and disclosures for display, and conference attendees voted for Best in Show. The categories presented were Institutional Prospect/Client, Mutual Fund/Retail, and GIPS-compliant. The Exhibit was presented throughout the two day conference, affording PAICR members a chance to view the work of their peers and vote for their favorites, in between attending workshops, roundtables and other sessions geared toward industry specific professional development. One winner was chosen for each category.

Anthony Scarnato, from Delaware Investments, won for both Institutional Prospect/Client and Mutual Fund/Retail categories. Phoukham Baccam, from Principal Global Investors, won for the GIPS-compliant category.
