Conference/Events Refund Policy:

• Greater than 2 weeks prior to an event PAICR will refund 100% of your payment less a $50.00 processing fee.
• Between 1 to 2 weeks prior to an event PAICR will refund 50% of your payment less a $50.00 processing fee.
• There are no refunds 0 to 1 week prior to a PAICR event.

We will gladly accommodate a transfer registration up to the first day of the conference. There is a processing fee of $50 for all cancellations and transfers.

All Other Payments to PAICR are Non-Refundable.

Membership Payment Information:

A second year pro-rating policy has been put into effect so that all members are on the same calendar year dues schedule. When a new member joins PAICR, that person will pay for a full year's dues. The member will then receive a renewal notice in January of the following year. That invoice will be prorated for the number of months remaining following the month of his/her joining. In subsequent years the member will be invoiced in full in January. Any new members joining PAICR between October and December are carried into the next year without having any additional dues to pay.
