PAICR invests in your success

The PAICR Mentor Program is a voluntary networking and advisement program offered to PAICR members. In-person mentoring interaction occurs at PAICR conferences and regional events or informally as needed by telephone or email. Individuals interested in access to a Mentor may so indicate on the PAICR membership application or by completing the short application form below. PAICR staff will match individuals with their Mentors. Mentor Program Objectives and Guidelines

Program Objective

The purpose of the PAICR Mentor Program is to provide members of PAICR with an opportunity to build a directly beneficial informal relationship with another industry professional that can provide guidance, friendship and role modeling to those enrolled in the program.

The outcome of the Mentor/Mentee relationship should benefit both parties and will potentially offer personal growth, career development, goal achievements and other areas of mutually designated objectives. Mentors can have a significant impact on the development and success of their Mentees’ careers and personal achievements. 

The formal pairing of Mentee and Mentor is for a one-year period, but the relationship may extend longer based on the interest of the participants.
